Super Fresh to Anchor Renovated Ivyridge

New York-based New Plan, one of the nation's largest real estate companies, announced that the groundbreaking ceremony for Super Fresh at Ivyridge, located at Ridge Avenue and Domino Lane in Philadelphia, will take place on Jan. 31. Ivyridge has undergone a complete shopping center redevelopment, and the new 47,288-sq.-ft. Super Fresh will be the final phase, joined by 8,000 sq. ft. of newly constructed retail space. The center also benefited from a façade renovation, new lighting and a repaved parking lot. The 112,278-sq.-ft. Ivyridge includes tenants such as Blockbuster, Dollar Tree and Great Clips. Super Fresh is a regional chain with 76 stores throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Super Fresh will be debuting a new "Fresh" prototype that prides itself on offering the freshest foods and the friendliest service.
