Martin + Osa President Resigns

American Eagle Outfitters Inc., announced that Ken Pilot, president of the Martin + Osa brand, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Roger Markfield, vice chairman of American Eagle Outfitters, will serve as interim president. Markfield led the creation and development of the Martin + Osa brand and has been with the company since 1993. Martin + Osa launched in September and plans to have five stores by the end of this year.
