Ethel's launches chocolate "lounges"

Ethel's chocolate, Chicago's newest gourmet chocolatier, has officially launched its new line of "approachable" everyday gourmet chocolate and innovative chocolate lounges that embrace spaces where chocolate lovers can relax and savor the delicious new ethel's chocolate collection. Ethel's chocolate lounges, recently opened on Armitage Avenue in Lincoln Park and Davis Street in Evanston, revolutionize the chocolate experience by serving chocolates in a cozy atmosphere where people can linger and also enjoy a range of beverages or special chocolate fondue. Four additional stores are expected to open in the Chicago area by end of summer. "We are launching two firsts--the first approachable gourmet chocolate for everyday and the first chocolate lounges. The new ethel's brand is a winning combination of great product and innovative retail that responds to a strong consumer request," said John Haugh, president, in a statement.
