Jones Lang LaSalle will run L & H shopping centers
Jones Lang LaSalle, a real estate services and money management firm, announced last week that it will run L & H's 16 shopping centers, making it the largest third-party manager of regional shopping centers in the United States. The properties are in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Texas
and Wisconsin, giving Jones Lang LaSalle a retail portfolio of 35 million square feet. L & H will continue to operate under its own name as a real estate development, investment and advisory firm. All on-site property employees as well as additional corporate office employees will transfer to Jones Lang LaSalle.
