Shaggy's 2000 MCA album, "Hotshot," continues to fly off retail shelves, but fans won't have to wait long for some new spins on that album's smash hit singles. On Feb. 12, the label will release "Hotshot Ultramix," featuring remixes of "Angel," "It Wasn't Me," "Dance and Shout," and "Hope" by the likes

of Punch, Sting International, J.C. Moreno, Gordon Dukes, Christopher "Longman Productions" Birch, and Tony CD Kelly.

The album will also feature the previously unreleased cuts "Too Hot to Handle" featuring Robin, "Special Request" featuring Ricardo "Rik Rok" Ducent, "Why You Mad At Me," and a live version of "Angel."

Shaggy, who won male artist of the year and male albums artist of the year at the 2001 Billboard Music Awards, will perform tonight (Dec. 18) at WKTU-FM's Miracle on 34th St. concert at New York's Madison Square Garden. His international itinerary for the coming weeks includes appearances in Nigeria, Europe, and the U.K.

In other Shaggy news, his label, Big Yard Music Group, is planning a March release for Rayvon's "My Bad" album. The artist makes a prominent guest appearance on Shaggy's "Angel."
