Mac, Dead Videos Kick Off 'classic Albums' Series

Rhino Home Video is launching its "Classic Albums" series Jan. 27 with Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours" and the Grateful Dead's "American Beauty." Billboard Bulletin reports that the series, from the producers of "The Making Of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band," was initially broadcast on VH1 and is now

airing on PBS. The Rhino tapes include additional footage not featured in the TV broadcasts. Future titles include Paul Simon's "Graceland" and Stevie Wonder's "Songs In The Key Of Life," due March 17, and Jimi Hendrix's "Electric Ladyland" and the Band's eponymous album, due May 19. All tapes will be $19.95 each. The Dead, Wonder, Hendrix, and Band titles also will be available in a boxed set with a CD for $34.95 each.
