Beverly Hills police office Marcelo Rodriguez has filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against George Michael, alleging that the singer committed slander in his song and video for "Outside," as well as through numerous television interviews.
In the suit, filed Monday in California Superior Court in Los Angeles, Rodriguez -- who arrested Michael on charges of lewd behavior in a public park in April 1998 -- says that Michael has accused the officer of exposing his genitals to the singer and of entrapment.
Michael's management could not be reached for comment by deadline.
