Former Beach Boy Brian Wilson has denied rumors of collaboration with former Beatle Paul McCartney. "Sometimes I think I'm better off not working with anybody else. I can't get over my silly little fears of people," Wilson, 57, told TV Guide in its Sunday issue. "There was talk that Paul McCartney and
I were going to do something, but I don't think it will happen."
Last spring, Wilson, who has endured lengthy bouts with depression, drug addiction, and a myriad of mental problems, returned to performing for the first time in years. He also released "Imagination" (Giant), his first solo album since 1988. The disc peaked at No. 88 on The Billboard 200.
In the interview, Wilson said he has plans to release both a live and a studio album in the coming months.
