Magnum's Gilden Opens Williamsburg Workshop
Magnum photographer Bruce Gilden will teach a documentary photography workshop, titled "Street Smart," in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, September 13 through September 19. It will be the first in a series of four workshops based in the neighborhood and produced by The Williamsburg Workshops.
The workshop is aimed at advanced or working photographers and will cover topics such as book-making and marketing yourself. Registration costs $630, and is limited to 15 participants per session. Three positions remain open. The workshop will be held at the Fish Tank Gallery in Williamsburg, with an exhibition to follow in October.
