McIntyre Site Gets Boost From DotClick

Q Records artist Joey McIntyre is launching a music-playing plug-in software companion to his Web site. The software, developed by DotClick Corp., is activated when a user listens to music on the computer via CD or MP3 file, downloading information from Gracenote's CDDB database and linking the user to McIntyre's site. A download of the new song "NYC Girls" is available exclusively via the service until Friday. McIntyre is set to appear at a number of U.S. radio station-sponsored concerts this summer.
