U.K.'s BARD Re-Elects VEG CEO As Chairman
Virgin Entertainment Group CEO Simon Wright was re-elected to a second annual term as chairman of the British Assn. of Record Dealers (BARD) at the trade body's annual general meeting last week in London. Eight members of BARD's 17-member ruling council required re-election; all were voted in to serve
additional three-year terms.
BARD has 189 member companies, representing the bulk of U.K. music retailers.
