Reports: Moderati Sold

Ringtone and mobile media company Moderati reportedly has been sold to Santa Monica-based digital media firm Bellrock Media.

MocoNews reports

that Moderati's prior owner, Japanese firm Faith West, is commanding a price in the "mid double-digit millions."

Moderati operates the ModTones ringtone service, as well as a number of other mobile entertainment services.
