Warner Mexico Arm MCM Names New MD

Warner Music Mexico has named Miguel Trujillo as managing director of its Metro Casa Musical (MCM)label, which focuses on regional Mexican music. Based in Monterrey, Mexico, Trujillo reports to Inigo Zabala, president of Warner Music Mexico and the U.S. Latin operations of Warner Music International.

Trujillo, who last served as promotion director/manager of WEA Latina's WEA-Mex division, replaces David Hernandez, who exited MCMin December 1999.
