Atlantic: Harry Fox Talks Are 'Routine'

Atlantic Records says it is "negotiating a routine audit settlement" with the Harry Fox Agency. The statement follows word that the mechanical collection body sent a letter to its publisher clients claiming the label is in default of its royalty payments. Atlantic's statement goes on to say that the company is "not in default," adding that "any suggestion of inappropriate behavior on the part of Atlantic Records is completely unfounded."
