Ricky Martin, 'N Sync, Faith Hill, Creed, Destiny's Child, Mystikal, and 3 Doors Down are due to perform at the Billboard Music Awards, Dec. 5 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The show will air live on Fox-TV at 8 p.m. ET (and via tape at 8 p.m. PT).
