NARM Picks Officers
NARM has elected new officers, reappointing David Schlang as chairman. Virgin Entertainment Group president Glen Ward was named vice chairman. Bob Schneider, executive VP of Anderson Merchandisers, was named treasurer, and Alayna Hill-Aldernan, co-owner of Record Archive, is secretary.
The terms run until the next NARM convention, set for Aug. 21-24 in San Diego, when new officers will be elected.
Schlang recently exited as executive VP Alliance Entertainment Corp.; the NARM bylaws allow him to serve as an officer between posts.
