Social Capital Entertainment has launched as the parent company to Treadstone Records, Artist Addiction Soundtracks and the newly-formed Social Capital Records.

The company, founded by Martin Shore, Treadstone founder Jonathan Platt and Artist Addiction founder Jonathan
Miller, will provide music supervision, clearance and publishing administration through Chrysalis Music Publishing for all upcoming titles.

Eight titles are expected by August, with Lions Gate Films' "Rize" confirmed for June 21. The first album released under the new formation was New Market Films' "Rock School" on May 31.

"Forming Social Capital is a dream come true because it is a veritable stop and shop for publishing, artist development and soundtrack releases," said Shore.

Artist Addiction and Treadstone -- distributed through Image Entertainment -- partnered last year for the releases of film and TV soundtracks including "Saw," "Eulogy," "Summerland" and "Charmed."
