Famous Music Names New Senior VP
Famous Music Publishing has promoted Stacey Palm to senior VP of film and television music. Based in Los Angeles, she reports to president/COO Ira Jaffe.
Palm joined the publisher in September 1997 as senior creative director of film and television music and was promoted
to VP in May 1999. Prior to joining Famous, Palm was director of EMI Music Publishing's film soundtrack division.
"Stacey's ability to promote both our vast back catalog and also strategically place the music of such new talent as Servant ("Sin City" trailer), John Legend co-writer/producer Dave Tozer ("Kevin Hill"), Modest Mouse ("O.C.") and Jet ("A Lot Like Love") makes her an invaluable member of our creative team," Jaffe says.
Famous Music is the worldwide music publishing division of Paramount Pictures, which is part of the entertainment operations of Viacom.
