Musicrypt Inks Deal With CIRPA
Toronto's Musicrypt Inc. has entered into an exclusive agreement with the Canadian Independent Record Production Association (CIRPA). The deal will provide the country's independent music sector with access to Musicrypt's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS).
The
arrangement makes it possible for hundreds of Canadian independent music companies to distribute high-quality digital music tracks in a secure format to radio, media and retailers, among others.
Previously, DMDS digital deliveries were only available to the five multinational record labels in Canada.
