FullAudio will announce today that it is licensing content from Warner Music Group (WMG) for use in its new subscription service. The deal--which covers rental downloads and streams--also allows FullAudio subscribers to transfer WMG tracks from their PCs to secure portable devices and set-top boxes,

as soon as those devices become commercially available. The pact does not cover publishing.

WMG is the third major to grant FullAudio a license for sound recordings, after EMI and Universal Music Group. FullAudio also has obtained publishing rights from Universal Music Publishing, EMI Music Publishing, and BMG Music Publishing.

FullAudio says it plans to bow its service this month through distribution partner Clear Channel Communications.
