Publishing company Windswept Holdings announced today that it has signed a co-venture agreement with Ufemizm Music, a publishing and production company started by songwriter/producer Greg Prestopino. Windswept will provide funding for the company, which will seek out new songwriters.

Prestopino, a former staff producer for Elektra Records, has songwriting credits that include P. Diddy's "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down," Aaron Neville's "Show Some Emotion," Natalie Cole's "Wild Women Do" and Matthew Wilder's "Break My Stride."

The new company is registered with ASCAP as Ufemizm Music and with BMI as Elliptic Songs.
