Celine Dion's first English-language studio album since 1997's "Let's Talk About Love" will be previewed a week before street date with a one-hour network television musical special. "A New Day Has Come" is set for worldwide release March 11 on Epic, and will contain songs produced by David Foster, Robert
"Mutt" Lange, Christopher Neil, Humberto Gatica, Walter Afanasieff, and Ric Wake, among others. The first single, which will be released to radio in late January, is slated to be the title cut, a ballad written by Aldo Nova and Stephan Moccio and produced by Afanasieff.
"I hope this album will be soothing, a little shoulder to lean on," Dion tells Bulletin. Billboard will publish the first interview in two years with Dion in the Jan. 26, 2002, issue.
