World Music Awards Slated For March

The 14th World Music Awards have been moved forward to March 6 at the Monte Carlo Sporting Club in the south of France. The event, produced by Monte Carlo-based Marcor International, is traditionally staged in May. Hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Albert of Monaco, the event will be broadcast to 160

countries. In the U.S., it will air on ABC for the 10th year. Awards are based on sales figures from the IFPI.
