Waterstone's to restructure
Waterstone's is to restructure its product and marketing teams at its head office in Brentford.
The chain's marketing director, Lesley Miles, said the restructure would help define each department's "clear functional responsibilities". The product department is headed
by David Roche, formerly of HMV.
Ms Miles said it was too early to tell how many people would be affected by the restructure. "We will create a number of new roles and hope that people will slot into them." A detailed announcement is expected within a month.
