Waterstone’s finalises head office structure

The roles that have been cut are in branch support, store development and IT. New roles have been created in the buying and marketing teams. Waterstone’s m.d. Gerry Johnson described the changes as a "reshaping". He said: "they reflect our new priorities--we are focusing on driving sales.
