Spring Hill publishes five books this year, starting in August with Sex Wax and Vodka Jelly by Lucy Clarke (p/b, £7.99), a novel in the form of a diary charting a student’s first year at university.
Make It Your Business (p/b, £12.99) comes in September and is aimed
at wannabe female entrepreneurs. It is by businesswomen Bella Mehta and Lucy Martin.
October sees How Safe Is Your Home (p/b, £12.99, 1905862016), a guide to preventing burglary by Michael Fraser, ex-burglar and co-presenter of the BBC’s "Beat the Burglar". It is illustrated by Bill Tidy. ITN and LBC radio presenter Andy Hughes has written The Little Book of Big Words, which describes the uses and meanings of 200 impressive words.
Spring Hill’s final title for 2006 is Developing Mental Toughness (p/b, £14.99) by Professor Graham Jones and Olympic gold medal swimmer Adrian Moorhouse.
