Stahls' & Ioline Have Designs On Team Biz

ST. CLAIR SHORES, MI ó Graphic imprinting systems maker Stahlsí, and Woodinville, WA-based Ioline, a designer and manufacturer of computer aided design products, have joined forces to represent the Ioline 300 Design, Cut and Sew System.
The new innovation, which should prove a boon to

sporting goods team retailers, allows users to design, cut and sew heat-applied and applique materials for custom numbers, logos, sports lettering and decorative designs.
ìItís a real advantage for sporting goods stores,î said Ted Stahl, co-owner and CEO of the business that bears his name. ìItís one of the necessary tools that full-line sporting goods stores are going to need.î He added that the Ioline 300 does an excellent job cutting twill, and can also handle leather and embroidered materials.
Moreover, Stahl noted that with a $6,500 SRP, the system is cost-effective because it allows users to digitally cut designs from a wide variety of applique and heat-applied materials using Stahlsí CAD-CUT materials and yardage. In short, it allows for in-store, instant digital production.
ì[The Ioline 300] is really simple to operate. Itís very forgivingómore so than a roll cutter,î Stahl concluded. (Apparel)
