Skechers USA promoted its CFO David Weinberg to the position of COO and appointed Fred Schneider, who has been a member of the board and chairman of its Audit Committee, as its CFO. In addition, Morton Erlich has been elected to replace Schneider on the board and the Audit Committee. The COO title has not been occupied.

The Coleman Co. hired Bruno Cercley as president of Coleman EMEA. In his new position based in Lyon, he will have overall responsibility for Coleman operations in the region and will spearhead the international expansion of the Coleman and Campingaz brands. He joined Coleman as president/CEO of the Rossignol Group.


Sea to Summit USA, the distributor of the Australian producer of backpacking and adventure travel gear, hired Ryan Secrest to manage inventory and logistics. In this key position, Secrest will direct and coordinate demand planning, forecasting, purchasing, and the flow of product into and out of the Boulder sales and distribution facility. Although being regularly mistaken as the host of American Idol, Secrest's real experience is in the outdoor industry, not television. Before joining Sea to Summit USA, he spent eight years at Adventure 16 Retail.
