, sold 28,000 units in its debut this week to make it to No. 2 on the Nonfiction Chart. To promote his book, Dr. Weil has made many major media appearances?including the cover of Time magazine and the morning show trifecta of the Today show, Good Morning America and The Early Show?as well as appearances in town hall meetings across the country. "Dr. Weil has essentially been preaching the same message for three decades," says Paul Bogaards, executive director of publicity at Knopf, pointing to Weil's dedication to aging well by focusing on diet, rest, exercise and reducing stress.
