The $70.8 million in box-office receipts generated by Revenge of the Sith over the four-day Memorial Day holiday helped make the weekend the second-biggest in box-office history

. (But strong ticket sales this weekend? The Longest Yard and Madagascar both opened with $60 million?still didn't bring Hollywood out of its 14-week slump, with receipts now 7% under last year's comparable timetable, year to date.) This Star Wars installment?the last, we're promised?is the first to receive a PG-13 rating from the MPAA, but that hasn't stopped the presumably under-13 crowd from filling George Lucas's over-stuffed coffers. (Who knew there was a LucasBooks books imprint?) A visual dictionary, a novelization, two sticker books and a scrapbook make up the Top Five spots on The Book Standard/Nielsen BookScan Children's Chart for the week ending May 21. (An additional four Star Wars?related titles are in the Top 50 of the same chart.)
