Satisfied Sport Acquires SunDog

Seattle-based Satisfied Sport, owned by Kevin Conroy, president, and Bob Heyer, vice president, has acquired SunDog for an undisclosed sum. The purchase of SunDog comes only six months after the two acquired North Sails Catalog, a technical sailing gear and sportswear company. Conroy and Heyer intend

to combine the two companies. SunDog was founded in 1981 and is best known as a manufacturer of technical camera cases and adventure travel gear. Satisfied Sport will continue to design and manufacture private label sportswear for "some of the most prominent names in the active, casual and competitive sport industries," as it has for the last eight years.
