Survey: Is your jewelry store online?

New York—While still accounting for only a small percentage (an estimated 4 percent) of retail jewelry sales, the Internet has clearly had an impact on the jewelry business.

National Jeweler has put together a survey for jewelry retailers to assess just how

significant these changes have been, and how retailers have reacted and shifted their business strategy to meet new challenges.
