Arkansas jeweler given lifetime achievement award
Pine Bluff, Ark.—The Arkansas Jewelers Association has named Sissy Jones, of Sissy's Log Cabin in Pine Bluff, Ark., as a recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award.
The award was given to Jones because of her commitment and contributions to the jewelry industry
in Arkansas, and for her dedication and professionalism, which has set the standards for others in the industry, according to a media release.
This is only the second time the Lifetime Achievement Award has been given by the Arkansas Jewelers Association. The first recipient was jeweler TC Carter, in 2004.
The award was presented to Jones during the association's annual convention, held this past August in Pine Bluff, Ark.
