American Bicycle Group Dismisses Pat Hus

CHATTANOOGA, TN (BRAIN)--Pat Hus, former vice president of sales and marketing at American Bicycle Group (ABG), has left the company. ABG owns the Litespeed, Merlin, Quintana Roo and Tomac brands.

"I was extremely disappointed," said Hus. "It was a fun ride and we accomplished

a lot during my time there. It is a really great group of people I put together as a team there and I will miss them. But it is onward and upward for me."

A 22-year industry veteran, Hus was with ABG for four-and-a-half years. Prior to that, he spent eight years at Cannondale.

ABG president and chief executive officer Mark Lynskey said Hus' departure gives ABG the opportunity to rethink its sales and marketing directives.

"Pat is a wonderful employee. He brought a number of good qualities to the table, he was very passionate and focused, but we needed to look in a different direction," Lynskey said.
