Minoura Opens U.S. Warranty, Tech Support Center

HAYWARD, CA (BRAIN)--Minoura Japan announced the formation of a warranty and technical support center in Hayward, California. The center will be responsible for taking care of any warranty issues, technical support questions and small parts requests.

"This is a huge and necessary step in the growth of our company. We needed to bring this in-house to make sure that all of our customers, distributors, shops, and consumers would be taken care of by a fully trained, dedicated Minoura staff and that requests would be handled in a timely fashion," said Jeff Zell, Minoura's North American product manager.

Minoura offers a five-year unconditional warranty on all magnetic trainers and a two-year unconditional warranty on all stands and accessories.
