Cervelo Recalls Wolf Carbon Fiber Forks
TORONTO, Canada (BRAIN)--Cervelo Cycles yesterday issued a recall for 317 Wolf road forks. The all carbon fiber, 1-inch forks can crack near the crown.
No incidents or injuries related to the forks have been reported.
The forks were
sold with 2003 model Soloist Team and Super Prodigy bicycles and frame sets. A 17cm Cervelo logo is printed in white outlined letters on both fork legs.
The forks were sold on bikes at specialty retailers from April through July for about $3,000.
Cervelo is asking consumers to return bikes with the recalled forks to the dealer where purchased or call Cervelo's recall hotline to receive a free replacement.
