Fortis - approved as official chronograph on board the International Space Station ISS
Exactly 10 years after the first official flight Fortis remains in the role of the exclusive supplier for the Russian Space Agency on board the ISS.
This year is dedicated to space travel. The USA are reactivating their space-shuttle-flights to the international space station ISS. The European Space Agency ESA is celebrating its first 30 years of existence. The space port Baikonur has its 50 years jubilee and FORTIS is looking back on a 10 years cooperation with the Russian space organization. The new B-42 Official Cosmonauts Chronograph has celebrated its premiere last October on the ISS, in the most exclusive location that one could possibly imagine. Presented in Basel at the beginning of 2005 was the limited Titanium Edition of the B-42 Official Cosmonauts Chronograph which is momentarily showing the pace of the construction on the ISS in orbit.
