OAO Lukoil Holding, Russia's largest oil company, is in talks to buy 300 gas stations in Canada and is looking to buy a refinery in the northeastern United States to boost presence in the U.S. market.

Petroleum, is reportedly targeting refineries owned by Tosco Corp. and Sunoco Inc.
