CoGo's Acquires 18 Stores
Pittsburgh-based CoGo's Co., which operates 74 CoGo's Express c-stores, said it would acquire 18 c-stores from Johnstown, Pa.-based LA Oil Co. LLC.
The stores, currently branded Robyn's Shoppes and Northern Express, will be rebranded CoGo's Express after the acquisition
closes May 1. CoGo's plans to keep the stores branded with Exxon and BP fuel. LA Oil will continue to supply each of the units.
The company also expects to retain all store employees and managers.
