West Coast Circle K Stores Install Digital Signage

CORONA, Calif. -- Circle K Stores Inc., a division of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., has signed a contract with WMD Holdings Group Inc. to deploy Navitouch units in Circle K convenience stores throughout the company's West Coast regions.

Navitouch, a division of WMD,

uses Interactive Digital Display (IDD) technology to create powerful digital images displayed on touchscreen monitors that enable consumer interaction. Advertising on the Navitouch system provides advertisers opportunities for direct, immediate interaction with the public and quantified feedback reporting via the Navitouch network. Consumer feedback informs advertisers immediately of the success of their advertising campaigns. Navitouch technology can also facilitate e-commerce on the IDD units.

Chris Wilson, director of marketing for Circle K Stores, said of the Navitouch partnership, "We are very pleased to bring this unique menu of shopper services to our customers. We have already seen evidence that these services increase in-store traffic and the point-of-purchase advertising creates additional profits for Circle K and our suppliers."

Alimentation Couche-Tard operates nearly 5,000 convenience stores under the banners Circle K, Mac's, Bigfoot and Dairy Mart.
