Sheetz Expands Krispy Kreme Partnership
ALTOONA, Pa. -- Sheetz Inc., operator of 280 stores in five states, will roll out Krispy Kreme doughnuts to 18 Pennsylvania convenience stores tomorrow, expanding its store count with the doughnut maker to 144 stores.
As part of the deal, each of the
new Sheetz stores will receive doughnuts delivered fresh daily from Krispy Kreme and stock a variety of the company's filled, glazed and cake doughnuts, individually and by the dozen.
"Since people across many areas of southwestern and central Pennsylvania don't have access to a Krispy Kreme store, we simply wanted to provide our customers the opportunity to enjoy one of America's favorite doughnut brands in any of our convenient locations," said Louie Sheetz, executive vice president of Sheetz Inc.
