Tabletop, Cutlery, and Gadgets Categories to Expand at Gourmet Housewares Show

Gourmet retailers will find major growth in the tabletop, cutlery and gadgets categories at the 30th Annual Gourmet Show May 9-11th, 2006, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Increased depth in these high-demand categories will strongly benefit the independent specialty retail sector, plus large retailers focused on differentiating their housewares mix.

"Expanded resources in these important, sought-after categories will create exceptional buying opportunities at the 2006 Gourmet Housewares Show, directly meeting the needs of serious gourmet housewares retailers," said Susan Corwin, VP and show manager. "Because of the show's success in 2005, we have been able to create meaningful depth in these categories by attracting more new exhibitors and companies returning after an absence."

This year's show will present 500 exhibitors featuring cookware, kitchenware, tabletop, culinary tools, cutlery, specialty appliances (electric and non-electric), wine accessories, kitchen textiles, specialty foods, cookbooks and related accessories and lifestyle furnishings.
