Focus Products Group, LLC has completed its acquisition of the Retail Bakeware Division of C.M. Products (Chicago Metallic), which will continue to operate as Chicago Metallic. Retail Bakeware Division manufactures and markets high-quality baking products and specialty bakeware.

"The acquisition of the Retail Division of Chicago Metallic is wholly consistent with our long-range strategic growth plans," said Keith Jaffee, president and CEO. "As with our acquisition of West Bend Housewares and entry into small electric appliances last year, we are broadening our product offerings into new categories with well-recognized and well-regarded brand equities that perfectly complement the rest of the Focus Products Group portfolio. We've known the principals at Chicago Metallic as neighbors and colleagues for years. We have great respect for what they have done and view this acquisition as an ideal opportunity to add another highly regarded brand to Focus Products Group."

Senior sales, marketing, and other employees with the Retail Bakeware Division will join the Focus Products Group, a consumer products-based holding company that also operates Amco Houseworks, West Bend Housewares, and Sensible Storage. Focus Products Group is a division of Focus Investments, Inc.
