COUSINS ROLLS CIABATTA LINE
Cousins Subs is rolling out a sandwich line based on its new ciabatta bread.
Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's the base for three new sandwiches.
The Classic Cubano Pork
is filled with hot sliced ham, salami, and roasted pork covered with melted Swiss cheese. It's dressed with mayo and brown mustard, and garnished with tomatoes, onions, and sweet pickles.
The Tuscan Market Club is layered with pepperoncini, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, provolone, ham, turkey, and bacon. It's seasoned with oregano and a sun-dried tomato dressing.
The Spicy Chicken Sedona is made with chicken, and roasted onions and peppers, dressed with chipotle mayo and melted pepper Jack cheese.
Cousins' 7-1/2-in. subs are priced $3.20-$3.90.
The sub chain has 175 units in 10 states.
