Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG; Somers, NY, USA) announced that it has acquired Quebec, Canada-based bottler Phil Daudreault et Fils Ltee, which had been owned and operated by the Gaudreault family for several decades. It includes two distribution warehouse facilities, one in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec and the

The 2002 acquisition gave Altia the option to require Brown-Forman to buy its remaining interest in the company.
