Olsen Twins' 'Got Milk?' Ad Pulled
A "Got Milk?" photo advertisement featuring the Olsen twins is being pulled following the revelation that Mary-Kate Olsen is being treated for an eating disorder. Hugh Williams, a director with the Milk Processor Education Program, told The Associated Press on this week that the
ads were pulled out of "sensitivity to their current situation."
The ads -- which showed Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen donning "milk mustaches," began running May 7, the day their latest movie "New York Minute" opened in theaters. It was scheduled to run through the end of July. Mary-Kate Olsen began treatment for her eating disorder last month, shortly after the twins turned 18 years old.
