Milestone group buys N.O.A. North America
An investment partnership firm formed by watch-industry veteran Jerry Batt has purchased N.O.A. North America and sole distribution rights for N.O.A. timepieces throughout the continent.
The partnership, The Milestone Group, will operate out of new offices at One International
Blvd. in Mahway, N.J.
N.O.A. North America's investors will provide the firm with the resources to move forward with aggressive growth plans for the United States and surrounding territories.
Batt served as president of N.O.A. North America under its former ownership. He will retain his position, as well as serve as managing partner at The Milestone Group. Batt brings more than 35 years experience in the industry, including positions as president of Omega and executive vice president of Seiko Time.
Founded in 2002, N.O.A. maintains headquarters in Chiasso, Switzerland, and began selling watches in the United States in 2004.
