ROCHESTER, NY & BRANSON, MO -- Eastman Kodak Company and Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation (HFE) announced a multi-year agreement that makes Kodak the exclusive supplier of photographic film and other imaging products at a number of America's top family attractions, according to a Business Wire report.

Selected Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation theme parks, which the company owns, operates or is in partnership with, are included in this agreement including: Dollywood, co-owned with Dolly Parton in Pigeon Forge, TN; Stone Mountain Park in Atlanta, GA; and Silver Dollar City and the all-new Celebration City in Branson, MO.

As part of the agreement, Kodak will supply film, one-time-use cameras and batteries for retail sales to the park guests. The company also plans in the future to supply the HFE theme parks with Kodak Picture Maker Digital Station kiosks so guests can print their photo quality digital pictures onsite, as well as KODAK Incredible Picture Lab kiosks that allow people to capture, play with and share via e-mail their digital images. Event Imaging Services, a Kodak company, will provide digital souvenir photography services at selected parks.

Since Herschend Family Entertainment was founded in the early 1960s, the many properties have been internationally awarded numerous times for excellence in theme, presentation and operations in presenting some of the nation's most famous themed attractions, each one uniquely reflecting the rich culture and history of the United States.

"Kodak is pleased and proud to become the exclusive supplier of imaging products to the Herschend family of theme parks," said Bud Denker, director and vp, brand and market development, Eastman Kodak Company. "We look forward to working together so that visitors to Herschend theme parks can capture and share their enjoyment through photography in all its forms."

Co-founder of HFE, Peter Herschend, emphasized the compatibility of the two brands. "Kodak is a strong marketer of a very powerful brand, as are we in the family attractions industry. The focus on families that we both share is important to our loyal customers -- revolving around the value of America's families and those activities they share together. Our corporate mission is to create memories worth repeating and Kodak beautifully captures those memories," Herschend said.

Herschend Family Entertainment (HFE) owns, operates or partners in 17 properties in seven states. Those properties included in the Kodak agreement are: Branson, Missouri's Silver Dollar City theme park, Showboat Branson Belle lake attraction, White Water water park, The Grand Village shops and the new Celebration City theme park; in Pigeon Forge, TN--where HFE is an operating partner with Dolly Parton--the Dollywood theme park and Dolly's Splash Country water park; and in Georgia, Atlanta's Stone Mountain Park, which HFE operates in conjunction with the State of Georgia.
