ACCO Brands has named John Lewis vp of operations for its Swingline business unit. Lewis will be responsible for Swingline's product manufacturing and production, supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, quality assurance and advanced manufacturing engineering.
>Prior to his current position, Lewis held various management positions in operations, supply chain, sourcing, quality and engineering with Black & Decker, Ingersoll-Rand and Textron.

Lewis earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA from International Business University, Memphis, TN, and master's degrees in statistics and quality assurance from California State University. He resides in Libertyville, IL
David Hillman has been named senior director of trade and channel marketing of its Swingline business unit. Hillman will lead trade and channel marketing team initiatives to promote the Swingline brand and market its stapling, punch and Business Essentials products through all distribution channels.
"Dave brings an extensive background of sales and marketing expertise to Swingline," said Bruce Neapole, Swingline president. "He has a great track record in identifying customer and consumer needs and delivering winning solutions. We expect Dave will seize new opportunities for growing the Swingline business, building on our excellent foundation of trade and channel partner relationships."
Previously, Hillman was director of sales and channel marketing for ACCO's Kensington Technology Group. Prior positions include serving as National Account Manager for ACCO North America, and as Regional Sales Manager with North Star Industries. He also worked as a manufacturer's representative for his own firm, Hillman Sales Group. Hillman earned a bachelor's degree from Ambassador University, Pasadena, CA, and resides in Shrewsbury, MA ACCO
Tambra Martin has been named channel manager for its Wilson Jones business unit.
Martin most recently served as vp of marketing for Thompson Productions, a leading manufacturer of photo albums and boxes based in Lakeville, MA Prior to that, she was an account manager with Day-Timers in Allentown, PA
