JOANN SMITH Joann Smith, 62, died suddenly on June 30, 2010. Originally from Dayton OH, moving to Greenacres in 1981. She is preceded in death by husband, James Smith and brother, James Fox. IRIS ROBINSON (Salkoff) Iris (Salkoff) Robinson, age 70, formerly of Atlantic City, NJ, passed away on July 3, 2010, in Boynton Beach, FL. The beloved wife of the late Miles Robinson, Iris is survived by her loving daughter, Marci Alegant (Brian); cherished grandson, Jordan Alegant, and dear brother, Sy Salway. An accomplished dancer and businesswoman, Iris lived most of her life in the Philadelphia area, where she worked with Miles in real estate before retiring and moving to Florida more than twenty-five years ago. SHERRY HOVEY Sherry Hovey, 72, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2010, at the Iroquois Nursing Home, Jamesville, NY surrounded by her loved ones. Born in Ft. Worth, TX on November 19, 1937, she also resided in New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. Sherry earned her bachelors degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Maywood University in Scranton, PA in 1987. She dedicated her life to raising her five daughters and worked to assist recovering addicts for the remainder of her career. Sherry was an avid reader and a talented crafter who loved to crochet. Surviving are her daughters, Ruth Klundt of Albuquerque, NM, Margaret Murphy of Chittenango, NY, Veronica Gustin of Nashville, TN, Theresa Smoak of Port Lucie, FL and Marion Bishop of Factoryville, PA; sons-in-law, Joseph Murphy and Gary Rowland; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandson. BARBARA J. WILLIAMS Of Boynton Beach passed away on Friday, July 2, 2010 at Bethesda Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Williams was born on March 2, 1946, in Deland, FL, the daughter of Thomas A. and Inez B. Andrews. She graduated from Seacrest High School in Boynton Beach and Palm Beach Junior College. Although disabled, she was a tireless advocate for animal rescue. Survivors include her dedicated husband of twenty-six years, Keith Calloway; her son, Bradley Thomas Williams and his partner, Steven Davis of Atlanta, GA and her son, Troy McKinley Williams, his wife, Erika Williams and their son, Gianni Williams of Lantana. Mrs. Williams was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Larry Andrews. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Saturday, July 10, 2010, at St. Joseph's Episcopal Church in Boynton Beach with the Rev. Martin Zlatic officiating.
